Horrible customer service. Went back in to exchange or store credit, and the women working Loretta treated us like garbage. Had a bad attitude from the start, completely miserable women. The store would be nice if the service was not so poor.

Walked in with my mom right at 9pm. We were greeted with a warm hello. She took the time to show things to my mom and made us feel comfortable. We were in the store less than five minutes because we knew it was closing time but what Amazing customer service!
