Extremely rude service me and my friend went there to buy a been a bag as we were Looking we touched only two bean bags and we sanitized our hand before going in after we touched the two bean bags the guy who worked there came up to us gave us attitude and forced to sanitize our hands again when we already did sanitize our hands before we got into the store infront of himPs the been bags were ugly

Extremely rude customer service by the owner. Would give a 0 star if possible. I can't even begin to describe how demeaning, rude, disrespectful and just horribly mean she was. We bought several items from her store ever since she opened including pillows and many many decor pieces. After buying multiple pieces 2 days ago, we went to exchange ONE item as it is clearly written in her store exchanges allowed within 7 days. However she quickly became aggressive, screaming at us and being extremely unprofessional. She called my mom crazy, and even went to the point of picking up the box we had placed the return item in and placed it outside of the store and told us to get out. When we were finally exchanging the item, she demanded we put the extra money on the table first before she even brought a newly packaged decor piece out. She states this is because of the discount she gave last time however she should not be throwing that discount in our face because as a store owner she decided and agreed to the discount- while we do appreciate this, no one forced her to give it so being rude about it now is unacceptable. Later, she stated she has not eaten and this is her reason for screaming like this- while it is understandable to want to eat, it is NOT the customer's fault and they do not deserve to be treated like this. Not to mention there were 2 other workers in the store so she could have just let us deal with them and gone to eat. Regardless, had a very horrible experience and am very upset. Avoid this store.

Made the trip from Burlington to see their website's vasr selection of art; the had ONE piece and when i asked, she blamed the supplier. Waste of time and gas.

Was in the store one day last week and witnessed the owner giving a customer a difficult time about returning an item. Overheard the owner making accusations while being very rude to the customer. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever!
