We got our Xerox Color Production Printer and my partner also order the Mimaki Large Format Eco Solvent Print and cut. It’s a great 54 inches machine. I found absolute toner online and they are having the best availability of equipment in the Showroom. They are easy to deal with and very helpful.

How do you say poor service, rude, condescending?
It’s Gayatri at Absolute Toner.
This business seems unprofessional right from hello.
They answered the phone saying something that I could not understand. They did not answer the business phone saying “Absolute Toner” or some variation.
I had to ask to make sure I was actually calling the correct place.
The person who answered was Gayatri, she was rude and condescending.
I asked to speak about a specific style of printer, and she asked me where I lived. I thought that was an odd question when inquiring about a printer.
She told me they did not have any of these printers in stock and they would arrive mid January and tried to get off the phone immediately.
I was looking to speak to someone about the different options, shipping, time lines, consumables. She did not care at all, just repeating they are not in stock.
These printers are a big ticket item, they cost a lot of money. I wanted to explore this more than just being told “mid January”
I told her again, my question was not when they will be back in stock, but that I wanted to speak to someone about them.
She begrudgingly and in a sarcastic tone said you can talk to me. I told her that I wanted to speak to someone else, as I found her to be rude. She said I’m the only one you can talk to.
I told her that she was about to loose a sale, she told me she didn’t care. I told her I would be writing this review, so she just hung up the phone.
I would AVOID this business, they do not take customer service seriously.
