Excellent customer service and great prices. Kevin and Brian took our car in last minute, answered all my son’s questions, gave him advice and fixed our car fast.

I work for a large company with many vehicles that need oil changes, every time I have sent a vehicle in for an oil change there is an excuse as to why they can’t accept me-so I’ll call and make an appointment, they don’t take appointments. I will no longer be sending any vehicles to this establishment for oil changes they are clearly too busy to take any more clients.Service: Oil change

I just picked up my car after having it detailed. I don't think it looked this good when I bought it. I'll be going back and that is for sure! Thanks so much.

The $20 hamburger was very dry and tough. The french fries were not hot, and sat very heavy in my stomach. The operation is more about moving people through quickly than creating a comfortable dining experience. Instead of allowing families and friends to dine at their leisure as most restaurants do, instead they give you a time limit . You are given a time slot (ours was 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) during which you must arrive, order your drinks and meal, and finish it up and then give up the table. This in itself, while not customer-focused, was not the biggest problem. The biggest problem was how they dealt with some of our party being twenty minutes late. They must have approached us four times in that twenty minutes, and in an extremely rude and abrupt manner -- insisting that we order (more than the drinks we already had) before our group was complete. I am not sure what their panic was about as we still had loads of time to order and eat our meals at 6:50 p.m. We are talking a glorified hamburger joint here, with cafeteria style tables, not fine dining! Our table was complete at 6:52 p.m. and we ordered shortly after. The food arrived quickly, reflecting the care put into it! We ate, and could not even enjoy our meal without being interrupted several times to be reminded that we had to be out at 8:30 p.m. -- at 7:40 p.m. they became frantic about us finishing up. We finished by 8 p.m., in loads of time. Many tables around us were empty (about 40% empty restaurant) yet they were acting like we were squatters who needed to be kicked out! Then I saw why! They must have told everybody to come at the same time to create the illusion of popularity, and a line up! There must have been 25 people all arrive in the span of 15 minutes. It was mayhem with people in a crowded line up that was completely unavoidable. This restaurant should study operations management and customer service to provide a relaxing experience. They should also be polite, not rude.

The Group (Fistful 0 'Diddley) playing was amazing. The food delicious but overpriced for sure. Ambiance good. Little bit of a hassle with where our seating was. Didn't seem too flexible in seating. Overall a good time.

Another great evening at the Crow. The band, Johnson Crook was incredibly talented. Count of the Crow for a great evening out with friends. Great food, great bands and great service. Thanks!

Really enjoyed our meal and drinks at Crow - i had the Pork belly which was very flavoursome. Nice casual vibe in the restaurant, server was very nice but a bit distracted. When we arrived at the restaurant on Saturday we were disappointed to find that the restaurant was closing later that evening for a private event. We had planned to stay for drinks after our meal to enjoy the live music and thought the restaurant could have set expectations when they phoned earlier in the day to check we were still coming. Still overall we enjoyed the night, and would happily come back to try this place again.

We were so impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Not only was the menu original and lots of variety, but you can tell that they use only the best produce and vegetables. The flavours of our dishes were fantastic and delightful!! Raven, our hostess and server was top notch. We will go back any time we are near the Collingwood area. A true gem!!

Awful experience with a reservation I made. I reserved online for party of 8 during long weekend. I changed plans of going as things changed during the trip with the group. When I call to notify this 45 min before reservation they told me the Cancellation policy says I will be charged 20$ per each person not going (that is 20$ x 8 = 160$. They had my credit card -was reqd for reservations- and reminded me that and they will charge it even tho I said I was not able to go previously). So, I had to go with half group (the only ones able to go) . Once there and having dinner total of 160$ Manager told us we were going to be charged extra 20$ for the 4 people missing (20$ x 2 = 40$). ANNOYING< AWFUL and uncomfortable. Definitively not going anymore or recommending it.
