Was told I could get a specific plan on the phone with one of their reps, but when I went in store no one knew what I was talking about and the same plan was significantly more. Also wasn’t happy with how long I had to wait for staff to scramble to let us in then figure out what sort of plan I had spoke to them about on the phone. On the second instance I tried to go in for a new phone and while the sign on the door said “open” the staff wouldn’t let me in and said they were closed from behind the door. Poor customer service all around.

I was at your store today looking to switch 3 phones over to telus. I got greeted at the door and was asked for ID. I've never been to your store so I was puzzled at why it was locked. He explained to me about a robbery. I was out shopping and just forgot it at home but I had it on my phone. He said he needed a physical ID. It wasn't what he said that irritated me but his tone. I'll go somewhere if that's the case. I just wanted to see what plans are available for myself and my family.

Wish I even had a chance to experience this. Went today quickly to get an iPad Pro. Lady asked for my ID. Didn’t have it on hand so I just asked if she could check to see if she had it on hand. She said “how far is your ID because I’m busy and have 4 things on the go” … I JUST wanted you to check if you have it in stock. …. So if you don’t value my question enough, you don’t value enough to get a sale. So I’ll take my business elsewhere.

We’ve had terrible customer service experiences with another provider lately and were looking to switch. From our first phone call looking for information and throughout our whole sign up process, Jazz was amazing and so thorough. She explained all options for us well and was very efficient. Our experience with her has changed our view on phone providers and I think Telus is very lucky to have her.

I just had the best experience I have ever had with a phone provider. Today I visited collingwood Telus to change phone plan which normally is super stressful. Jaz helped me out, she is amazing at her job and really made the process quite simple. I felt very informed and comfortable the entire time! I would strongly recommend you go to Jaz for all your Telus and Koodo needs, she is highly educated and just an absolute pleasure to be around!Thanks again Jaz from Collingwood Telus!
