The staff at the Collingwood store demanded my phone# today as I was attempting to purchase over the counter animal de-wormer - fenbendazole. They claimed a Government regulation requires them to obtain phone numbers for this type of purchase. As far as I'm concerned, there is no law requiring the relinquishing of any personal information for a retail purchase. I walked out vowing never to shop there again.

The cashier remembered me from so long ago and I rarely go in there! Amazing!
Also their consistent aisles don't change often, very easy to find things even if you haven't been in for a while!
