Needed an analysis of my vehicle to understand what issues were prevalent. they gave me a read out and check the U joints and gave me their honest opinion on what the problems are. Unfortunately they are not equipped to do the work on my vehicle due to the nature of parts needed and the design of the vehicle. Much appreciated Jeff and the McKenzie shop for your service and honest information provided.

Super honest, helpful and accommodating! I had an issue with a vehicle many years ago and after fighting with the dealership I brought it to Mckenzies. They had my vehicle for the day and let me know what the issue was, that it was under a recall, that the dealership should fix it because of the recall, even printed me out all the information - and wouldn’t take any money. That level of service stuck with me and I have recommended them many times. They replaced my brakes today for a fair price with excellent service.

I can't say enough about Jeff, Doug and their crew at Mckenzies service center. I have been going here for over 12 years now and I have always had an excellent experience with their service. They are honest, reliable, clean and offer a very fair hourly rate. The shop is always kept clean and the owners are meticulous which is a must if your a true "car enthusiast" and want the best for your car. Keep up the good work.

Been getting my services done here for a few years. Amazing staff. Jeff is super knowledgeable and honest. I have since moved away from the Collingwood area, but still make the trek to McKenzie's because of Jeff and his team!

I am so thankful for finding McKenzie’s. I drive an old BMW and needless to say trusting mechanics when it needs repairs can be a gut wrenching exercise in wallet emptying. Jeff at McKenzie’s has been nothing short of amazing. After taking the car on super short notice, and checking it over promptly, he was really upfront with me about what actually “needed” fixing…(when other mechanics just give me a laundry list of issues insisting they all were critical to fix not to mention they quote me thousands to do the repairs). I am so relieved to have found McKenzie’s. Honestly, I can’t thank them enough. Jeff and his team can count me and my family as their loyal customers for many years to come.
