Employees were helpful and friendly. Traded in an extra game I had for some games I did not. They will give you up to 60% of the value of the item usually, but as a trade in you get more credit for it. Just be reasonable and don't expect full price for your items.I don't hesitate to pay them a visit if I need something and have something to trade in. Fantastic service ??

Been shopping and doing business with this company since 2006. Staff over the years has a changed slightly, but they are always amazing here. No matter who was working, i have always been impressed by the quality and level of customer service, the amount of unique items to be found and best prices given for old unwanted items! New shop is much bigger place! Less parking than before, but makes it more lucrative to get their first each day cuz you never know what you will find that is being put out! First dibs is always great! Thanks for many years of great service!

I’ve never been in the store before, and I was blown away by the variety of things that they have. I was really hoping to get a guitar, and there were a great selection of them. I got all the answers I needed from the fellow, should’ve gotten his name, the owner of the store, who was more than kind to share his expertise of Guitars. There were so many other items that I wanted to look at the store is full of interesting curios! He entered me into a contest that they are having. I really liked this place and felt really good in there! I also really love that there are things that we can reuse and don’t need to buy new. Their prices are very reasonable! I will be back for sure. Their location is great. Also easy parking!

I am used to the Barrie location in the Kozlov mall, however, I was down in Collingwood and decided to go here. It was much bigger, and I found a great selection of old coins for a not too bad price. I encourage you guys to buy more coins, and bills - it really draws customers from further away. For clarification I know they have a great selection of coins at the Barrie one, but I bought most of them and i'm waiting for more to arrive.

Went last week to the collingwood location and the gentleman with the joker tattoos sold me a GameCube console for my boyfriend. He showed me both in stock and I went with the cheaper one that had the memory card and older looking controller. Upon testing it at home, after 5 minutes there was a continual error message that popped up.Because my boyfriend lives in barrie we went to that location and the associate was rather rude and dull and told us to go to collingwood where we got it. My boyfriend and I made the hour drive to collingwood and both associates that were there when I bought it were in today. I believe the lady’s name was Lynne and the gentleman had green hair and joker tattoos on his arm - I didn’t catch his name but he’s been very helpful!Anyways when we got there the gentleman tested a game on it and it took a while but the error message popped up for him as well. Without even asking the lady swapped out the cheaper GameCube that we bought for the more expensive one they had and included the memory card from the initial GameCube we bought.Both employees were very patient and helpful - fingers crossed this one works!!Highly recommend this location - I also scored a portrait camera lens from Cwood last week and works a charm

Excellent customer service. I was sold a gamecube by this establishment that was faulty, after presenting the issue they proceeded to do everything in their power to help make things right and have since put effort to fix the faulty system. 10/10 service!

Amazing experience! Lynne was super helpful patient and attentive! Made several purchases from browsing simply because of the service. Other gentleman there gave my nephew a cookie and they were simply great! Will return over and over!
