“A few years ago, I was directed here while trouble shooting an older track lighting fixture. The woman who helped me was knowledgeable and ended up contacting the sales rep for the company that dealt with the (now obsolete and not available) transformer of the light. The rep sent Ideal Supply two replacement parts for free and I was able to fix the light! I have definitely returned to them for other things since then.”
