Just got a car wash and it did not clean the vehicle. I explained this to the attendant. She advised that's all their car wash can do as a touchless wash. I agreed and asked for a refund so I could go somewhere with a touch wash. No refund was offered.

Great staff! Kat, Ernie and now Jason are always a breath of fresh air to enter the store and welcome you.
(I can't swipe my PC rewards card from outside so they unfortunately see me inside frequently)

Rude lady working at this location. Why would you tell your customers not to bring in big $ bills you are providing service you should have some change on hand. And if you can’t keep change don’t talk to customers like that and if you can’t do that as well close the business.

Kat the Evening Cashier will always be Top Notch in my books!I was having a super difficult night, not only was she patient and understanding to my situation, she went above and beyond to help me get on my way without any further stress.By fair the first gas bar I will recommend in collingwood to anyone hands down!I will NEVER use a different location when requiring gas and in Collingwood going forward.

Store and staff are great. Car wash, not so much. Bought the ultimate for 15.00 and could have done better by hand for half the cost. Windshield still has wiper ring and just a quick observation the spider web on the middle of my hood is still there from before I went in. Still looks like a film of dirt and it wasn't bad to begin with.

Gas was 1.52/L on August 31st. It was the cheapest gas station within 100KMs.It had lineups for the pumps.It was clean and the printers had receipt paper, as well as window washing fluid with okay scrubbing squeegees.Will keep checking gas prices here in the future as it would be worth the drive!
