Great customer service. I bought a dress for my daughter's wedding - they were helpful in picking out various dress options. They stand behind their product - when there was an issue they dealt with it immediately. They also made suggestions for earrings to wear and shoe colour to finish the look. Highly recommend if looking for a dress for a special occasion.

I couldn't be happier with the service I got there today. Got a dress for our daughter's wedding in Scotland in under an hour. The employee that helped me was amazing. She picked out great dresses for me to try on and I was very grateful for her expertise. I don't dress up often, and will admit buying a dress is very stressful for me. She put me right at ease and I have a wonderful dress.

Awful Customer Service
They need to be more polite when talking to customers and the employee said she would get back to me. Didn't happen.
There are plenty of stores we can choose from with much better customer care and interest.

I do not know anything about the store. This is only for my online experience. There was for a sweater that I was interested in that showed it was available online. It made out like you could purchase it through their site but it also had a contact us number. Very confusing. When I did call the number a very nice person answered. They said the item was not available anymore and they were going to update the website. This was disappointing. I was told they would get back to me to see if they can find another one. I waited and waited. But they never did. I went back to the website, it still showed that the item was available. On top of it when I went to purchase this from another website, it made out like it was available, and then it canceled my order without giving a reason. I had to email and was rudely told it was not available. I then realized it’s connected to the same store. Maybe the in-store shopping is fine but the online part is nonsense. The products are not available and not updated. The whole thing has been a confusing mess so going try to find the product elsewhere. I gave it to two stars and not one because at least someone was polite when I picked up phone.

Great customer service and fashion advice! I was shown beautiful dresses and relieved there was no pressure and that honest feedback was given. I spent more than I had intended but the outfit is beautiful and I am worth it! Thanks so much for a great experience! I will be back!

New to the area and very happy to find this store. Enjoyed the help and lack of pressure to buy. Good advice and suggestions. Went in to look for a couple of tops and ended up buying six items with a seventh on order.

These folks really know how to suggest clothes that will fit and flatter even a difficult shape. After 3 other shopping outings in the city without finding one special occasion outfit, they suggested several options and I settled on 3 all within about 20 minutes. There's a friendly vibe and they are very attentive. I will definitely shop there again!
