We asked for a return on 2 bird feeders today. Bought yesterday. Yes they were used as this is how we found out they were in no way squirrel resistant. Not sure how else this could be determined. Receipt in hand and price tags still on. Manufacturer even states 30 day gtee and to return to the store purchased. However not my issue. As i get it up to the discretion of the store. What was upsetting was the attitude of the employee at CS and the season manager. Neither were thinking customer service. Very rude. There is no reason to be rude to a customer. Explain and remember that although you may not agreenon a return that, customer may return for other purchases and should always be treated kindly. This was not the case. Just think $60 on a rude return may have just cost you on a deck/reno of $6000. We were given the refund but will no longer return for purchasing. Its the quiet customer you loose. Any previous returns we have had at this store were handled a lot more kind than this.
