We were in need of a new gas range quickly since our 4 year Samsung range was done.After being let down on an early delivery date by another store (who delayed an extra week that we could not agree to) we cancelled that order and visited Chatterson's store. With great help from Carrie, who quickly understood our situation, she recommended a gas range that would accommodate our urgent timing.It was delivered a week later along with the coordinated gas fitter to disconnect the old and connect the new range. We were back in business on December 22!Carrie, and other staff we talked to were extremely helpful and it was great to get that kind of personal attention and service. This includes the delivery guys too.Thank you Chatterson's for coming through for us. We now know where to shop for other appliances we will need sooner or later. Great choices available.

Nothing but great things to say about this store! Our experience shopping here has been fantastic. We bought these two leather chairs for our new home and the quality is more than satisfying, and also very comfortable to sit in! We like these chairs so much we’re buying two more in a darker colour for a different space in our home. We have been dealing with April & Tyler and I cannot praise these two enough! Responds to my emails ASAP, friendly, professional, understanding.. everything you’d want when trying to buy the right piece of furniture. I highly recommend this business, keep up the great work Chatterson’s! ??

Tyler and his team at Chatterton's are truly amazing! They have always gone above and beyond for us. We have purchased multiple appliances with them and when we had an issue with one machine which was totally out of their control they stepped up and helped us out. We really appreciate it. I highly recommend Chatterton's Furniture & Appliances.

Our fridge stopped working the day after we moved into our Thornbury home. After frantically calling to find a repair/replacement, Tyler and the Chatterson gang offered a ‘loaner’ fridge until we got ours fixed. They delivered the next day. I cannot say enough about their kindness and amazing customer service. 10/10!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Chatterson's went above and beyond to help us with a time sensitive furniture purchase. They were willing to sell us a floor model to accelerate the process and the owner even squeezed in a same day delivery as we couldn't be home on their regular delivery schedule. They were extremely kind and compassionate.
