“We've taken our cars here a few times over the last few years, and each time have been grateful for the honest service and fair and competitive pricing. Today's visit was no different - had a dashboard light go on in my van and took it in for a diagnostic. The wait was going to be a little long so I was going to take a cab home, but was generously offered a ride by the lovely lady at the front desk. A few hours later got a call that the van was ready and that no issue was found, just some old codes that had to be cleared. I came back ready to pay a diagnostic fee, but was pleasantly surprised to learn that I didn't owe anything! As a woman taking a car to some mechanics can often be fraught with worry that you'll be sold on parts or services you don't really need. Import Auto is definitely not one of those mechanics.
