A negative review was previously posted that the pricing in this store is based on greed. I disagree, sometimes people speak while not knowing all the facts. I am not a grocer, but I recognize that this convenient 'in town' option still has the same number of deliveries to maintain fresh product as the big guys do, but likely 1/10 of the product on the truck. Efficiencies are lost in these smaller stores on many levels. It is still cheaper to shop here for smaller purchases rather than driving to Midland. Convenience is everything and I would be sad if this store was not here.”
“Nice little convenient shop. It's has gift items... gas station at the corner and farmers market kiosk on summer weekends.. a coffe shop and fries next to it. Good stop for ice cream shop besides it... of course a bit of a price but its ok... I just hope they sell firewood..”

“Expensive....don't know how people can afford to shop at Foodland anywhere. Update: still very pricey, but sometimes they have a good sale on a couple of items. Staff is always helpful and friendly.”
