There are lots of stock and some difficult to find items. I found something in the plumbing section that most hardware stores probably would not carry. Friendly staff.

I love this home hardware! There's so much handy stuff here! Don't go to Orillia when this homeware probably has it! Haha! Love it!!! The staff are super knowledgeable, and helpful as well!! Overall, it's always been a great experience here!

So just based on my personal experience; despite having tons of products - I find they don't always have exactly what I need. But with that being said, even if the store was completely empty, I'd still give it a 5 star based solely on the service. Such a great group of staff, exceptionally friendly and always there to help.
