Outside of the grocery area, which itself is its own mess, the store constantly is updating and refreshing their appearance. The drawback is that there is progressively less and less and less stock, and worse, fewer choices, colors, sizes, styles on the shelves. Ask somebody about an item that was once a staple item, and the immediate response is that it is available online. Well then why the h*ll even have a store here, if it can simply be ordered online and wait 3 months for it? The only `plus` for this so-called store anymore, is that it is open daily from 7am to 10pm, for your disappointment.

The pharmacist Pam is the best around I drive 45 min just because of her... but don't be to late at the pharmacy as you can't pay with cash so I get charged extra from my bank using card this is because the manager wants to leave early then will lock the main doors before 10pm when the store is stated to be open until, and make you walk twice as far to your handy cap parking spot...

Extremely rude online order service… seem to be making up their own policy against Walmart corporate policies. Also lied about verbal assault while they ignored and refused to let speak to store manager…. Associate manager (Kyle Jenkins) was condescending towards entire situation. Head office knows nothing about there “policy” regarding my situation

I went to check out and decided last minute I didn’t want the grapes. I called the helpers at self checkout over. One was an associate and I think the other one was a little higher up older then the other helper. The older person then chastised me in front of everyone saying she now has to throw these grapes out and in the future I should weigh them prior to bringing them to the cash. I replied with that I didn’t know this was a policy. I contacted head office about what happened and they said she lied and this is not a policy of Walmart Canada or USA. And that multiple people touch the grapes before I even take them home. Them throwing them out if someone changes their mind is a made up policy. The Manager was supposed to call me back as they sent a request in for them to contact me. No follow up. I will never shop there again. That person is in need of some serious retraining and if that was a Manager they need learn their policies. Just absolutely terrible.
