I don't want Ron to get a a swelled head when he reads this review. And I don't want too many people to know about him because I don't want him to get so busy that he is no longer able to give me the amazing service he does. LOL I upgraded my laptop from the first one I got from him about 5-6 years ago. I didn't really specify too much, technically - as I don't know much technically. I just told him what I wanted to be able to do with it. It is perfect for me. Ron is easy-going, friendly, professional, helpful and doesn't use too much too much geek speak. :) He is a man to be trusted and relied upon. Good job!

Had what I thought was a virus on my laptop. Went in and saw Rob and he was amazing! Took 5 min total to figure out the problem and also tuned my computer to make it run faster and more efficient. When I asked to pay him he said, no payment required, it was an easy fix, I insisted but he refused to take my money! Highly recommend Midtown Personal Computers, fantastic service, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back if I have any issues in the future, highly recommended!

Awesome service. Very friendly and explained everything before it happened. Highly recommend taking your devices here for fixing. I was locked out of my apple ipad and wasn't sure if it could be fixed. Thanks so much and responsible priced.

After a few days of trying to fix a software problem I decided I was getting no were so I took it over to Midtown Computers left it there in the morning got a call in the late afternoon IT WAS FIXED. I have to give them a five star for that.

Ron the manager and resident computer geek at this business is honest and competent. These two qualities keep me coming back year after year. Whenever I'm in this shop, other customers come in and say that same thing. Truly a fantastic shop for service, problem solving, and stress free computer help. Can't say enough good things.

Was in need and simply trying to find a mini USB cable. Tried Staples, Canadian Tire, Wal-Mart and even gas stations. Did not realize how obsolete and hard to find those cables are. Called Midtown and shoulda called them first cause they had one. Saved the day.
