“I always love going to Ricki's in Cobourg. My favourite sales person Nicole..has always been SO helpful.
I was sorry to discover she resigned. I'd like to let upper management know you've lost a wonderful employee who was to me....the best representative of the store. Dedicated, kind and always helpful.
