Showed up no fuel no lotto. Garbage everywhere. Super irritated employees chase me out of store trying to make me pay for someone else's stuff. After I told her that's not mine. Very poorly run get your fuel ect. Else where and save a headache.

Shell Station in Cloyne, ON, extrememly un-reliable for gas! Been out of gas a number of times this year. WARNING! Do not rely on this station if passing by the area. Go to Northbrook Petro-Can for fuel.

Absolutely the worst service I have had in a long time. The "manager" was terrible and very unprofessional, tried to short change us and give us the wrong change. And then acted like we were in the wrong for asking for the rest of the change back. I get they can get away with this bc they are the only place in town but it's terrible service. The only bright part was the gentleman that was working the gas counter was nice. The country style and Mr sub workers and "Manager" should all be fired or retrained extensively.

The staff there are friendly and nice. It's the only place in town to get anything so they do run out of stuff sometimes but what can you do. A good one stop shop and it's just down the road from the butcher.

This Shell is halfway between home and the cottage so a convenient stop, however, they’ve really let it go downhill. 4/6 pumps have broken pay at the pump, the atm is broken, the Country Style/Mr Sub is ALWAYS out of products as is their sister gas station - Shell in Kaladar (same family I believe) who have the Subway. It’s usually out of bread, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. I wouldn’t normally complain, but it’s every single time. The staff aren’t very welcoming either, they could really care less. In fact, a few of them are quite rude and ignorant. It’s too bad.

I've been watching gas prices at the Shell in Cloyne ,Petro Canada in Northbrook and the Shell in Kaladar for years. The prices at the three gas stations are always the same and tend to be 10 to 15 cents more per liter than say Norwood. Can anyone explain this to me??

This place gouges locals. And the Northbrook and Kaladar locations, all three kept the gas price at $209.9 after the last weekend, when all of Ontario announced that prices fell below two dollars.This price fixing and gouging, on the backs of locals, is disgusting.

I attended this store on September 12th. As I walked past the front cash a very rude young man came at me from behind the plexiglass. He told me I had to wear a mask. I said no thank you I don't wear one and haven't since June 9th when Ontario's emergency orders expired. I was then rudely and loudly told in front of customers to leave. I said no problem I will be happy to take my business elsewhere. He said that makes me happy too. So I left and went to the Northbrook gas station store. When I walked in unmasked the nice gentleman behind the counter said hello and then minded his own business. I am a local and have been frequenting this store for 10+ years. This will be my last visit to the Cloyne Shell station. I will also be telling my friends and family who come up to visit to avoid this store. We have plenty of others in the area who respect people.

Place was clean, had a great selection of alcohol, food, tools, clothes etc for camping/cottage country. Dude behind the counter was cool and the girl making subs was awesome!! It was a wicked good pizza sub too!! Will definitely be back anytime I go by

Wow.... “These people” that own and operate this store are crooks!! I ordered a sub from the ”Mr.Sub” and it was absolutely disgusting!The meat was old and smelt/tasted soiled.I walked back in for a refund and they refused and then spoke between themselves in a Middle Eastern language in front of me regarding my complaint (Ignorance).These guys can’t even make sandwich!You ask for Olives and they put on pineapple!I’d watch their gas/fuel too, it’s probably mixed with water!
