I don’t remember the name of the man that helped me both times, but he was great in helping load and unload my tire for repair, and was great at small talk while helping me. When I returned to pick up my tire only the receptionist (Kristen I think?) was there, and when she asked how she could help me, I told her I was here for a tire, and she asked me to wait while she made a call (turned out to be multiple). I was standing around for a little bit before the man that I mentioned above helped check me out and loaded me tire. Normally this wouldn’t bother me, but I felt kind of disregard while I stood in the waiting room listening to the female receptionist make multiple calls out. I also used to work in a similar position, and was held to higher standards I guess. Overall this is a great shop if you’re looking for fast and high quality service for your vehicle.”
