Fast quality service at a great price! I don’t remember the name of the man that helped me both times, but he was great in helping load and unload my tire for repair, and was great at small talk while helping me. When I returned to pick up my tire only the receptionist (Kristen I think?) was there, and when she asked how she could help me, I told her I was here for a tire, and she asked me to wait while she made a call (turned out to be multiple). I was standing around for a little bit before the man that I mentioned above helped check me out and loaded me tire.
Normally this wouldn’t bother me, but I felt kind of disregard while I stood in the waiting room listening to the female receptionist make multiple calls out. I also used to work in a similar position, and was held to higher standards I guess.
Overall this is a great shop if you’re looking for fast and high quality service for your vehicle.

This place and the staff absolutely amazing!!! Literally went into there shop at 4:20 p.m asked them to look at my car as I was having problems with it...and it wasn't really a small problem...small enough but would of turned into something major...keep in mind they close at 5 p.m! They looked at my car no problem without an appointment and Literally had it fixed and me back on the road within 20 minutes absolutely amazing and such a great bunch of people. Thank you again for your awesomeness and great service. ?

I have been doing business at Tirecraft since 2015. They store my tires on a seasonal basis and do a “switch over” from summer to winter and back etc. I also get oil and filter changes and have also had suspension and brake replacements on my almost “classic”2010 Audi. All work has been well done and carefully explained on invoices and in person.Most recently they performed an emergency tire change on the Friday before Christmas at 3 in the afternoon.As I am disabled, all my service require their staff to pick up and deliver my vehicle back. A very community minded response and very much appreciated help to me personally.
