I enjoyed talking to and listening to the pharmasist who has an amazing sense of humour as she prepared and administered my vaccine. I will definitely return for any and all vaccines I need. “I needed to talk to a pharmacist about Paxlovid. After trying to reach multiple pharmacies in the area (Shoppers, Rexall, Loblaws, OneHealth), both by phone and online (make an appointment), I was getting nowhere. I called Bowen's Pharmacy because they were on a list of pharmacies participating in the Paxlovid program, and got a pharmacist on the phone who gave me all the required information and did the assessment. The first person to actually respond and have the information!”

The ladies here were all so patient and helpful, it meant more at that time than they will ever know. On more than one occasion, he expressed concern to me regarding how high a dose I was prescribed of a new medication, which ultimately led to me starting on a more easily tolerated lower dose. (Obviously with family GP's approval.) We've gone here for years...dispensing fees are FAR more reasonable than elsewhere, and the entire staff have always been wonderful and helpful.”
