“Pickering Auto Labs has been serving my car for regular maintenance for about a year now and this was my first unexpected breakdown service I've had since my last visit. I can say that their customer service is top notch.Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and truly understand how to treat loyal customers.My brakes began to fail me on the highway. I was able to get the car towed to their shop and they inspected the car the next day. After approving the quote they repaired the car the very next day.They answered my questions about the quote and double checked areas of concern for me in a timely manner. When I stressed about turn around time due to work obligations, they were honest and provided me an accurate timeline and even updated me closer to pick up via email (super nice feature).I have never met a more honourable shop. “Liam is my goto mechanic for all things Porsche!!! His garage make me drool in envy every time I bring my car to him. It’s like Mr Wizard‘s world for all things Porsche. He is honest and super knowledgeable about Porsches! I have a 2009 911 4s that he has taken impeccable care of. I have also just added a 2013 Cayenne Turbo to the stable that he will be servicing as well. On more than one occasion he has given me great advise on either pre purchase Porsches I’ve been considering or any related issues to my current drive! Also his flexibility allows me to drop off my car and have him finish it same day which is something I truly value. His wife Hilde runs the front end and is an equal and absolute pleasure to deal with as well. Behind every great man…. as the saying goes!!! “I‘ve been bringing my little blue fit here since we moved here in May. I highly recommend them. They are super good at what they do and are honest with their prices and what your car needs. I brought my car in around October and told them to put my winter tires on and that they are free to fix anything that needed to be fixed and they didn’t take advantage of me. “I had a car accident this month and to fix my car, I was desperately looking for any body shop which has a great reviews online. I was researching online to find a great one. Before selecting Mr Executive body shop, I talked to some other Bodyshop who appeared to have less reliable and not welcoming!
I felt a warm welcome when I talked to the owner of the Bodyshop, Mr Muzaffar Ahmed. I explained him everything and he assured me that he will take care of everything. His other co-worker towed my car at his body shop and put initiative to fix my car.
Today I received my car and I was so surprised to see my car the way it has been fixed. There were lot of scratches, dents, damaged rim and other marks on the car. I did not find any single spot on my car! I feel like I got a new car from the car selling automotive company!
Mr Muzaffar is a devoted, enthusiastic and active person who took great care of my car. I felt so happy to receive my fixed car from his Bodyshop. I have marked him on the reviews 5 out of 5! If I would have an opportunity to give him 100 points, I would love to do that! I would recommend my all friends to his Bodyshop to fix their car and I also like to have an attention to all who wanna look for a reliable Bodyshop, must go to ‘Mr Executive’ that can take care of everything 100%. I wish ‘Mr Executive’ grow more to help out the victims from any accident!
