Store cashier was unfriendly and rude. Also one time I called the store to see if something was in stock the agent refused and said they don't do that. Bad customer service. Why would I drive half way across town and not get something i want, they don't care about customer's time.

Very organized and clean store. Staff is polite and helpful most of the times. You can buy genuine products here unlike other winners store which try to sell the almost expired products most of the time.
Overall it's best go to shop for clothing and home decor needs in the Chatham area.
