Was in about 5 months ago and was there about 30 minutes, looking for a bed for my mother, the guy was with someone talking but could have taken a second to even come and say something to us so we left and took our business to another place

We have always purchased our mattresses and box springs at furniture stores and have always been disappointed after 4 to 5 years when the mattress failed and the company would not honour the warranty. We saw Sleep Country in Chatham and decided to stop in. We had never been in the store before. We were pleasantly surprised. Josh was very knowledgeable about a wide range of mattresses and bases along with ergonomically matching us to a bed that would make us most comfortable. His sales style is not pushy but rather helpful. He answered every question we had. We purchased a Dormeo two split king mattress and adjustable bases. The bed is very comfortable and we both have no more back pain in the morning. We went back to the store and purchased pillows recommended by Josh 3 weeks after the bed was delivered. Needless to say they are great. No more neck pain. We are really impressed with Sleep Country in Chatham and will send our family and friends to them too. We were discussing our experience with Sleep Country over dinner one night and came to the conclusion, when you want to purchase a bed, you should go to a store that specializes in beds. Oh, and the warranty along with the 100 night trial are amazing. Try Sleep Country in Chatham, they really have your back!

We recently purchased a mattress from the Chatham store. If it hadn't of been for Josh the store manager correcting the mistakes from fill in associates we would have canceled our order. Josh was professional, knowledgeable and caring.The delivery service was to say the least unacceptable. They were on time, however the care taken to place the mattress was disregarded and instead of lowering the mattress onto the designated floor space it was dropped.No regard takenIn combination of Josh having to find mistakes and fix our bill to the delivery I would move on to another mattress store next time.I hope after all of this we find our new mattress comfortable

Josh Delrue was awesome. The space was quiet and peaceful. He was helpful, and allowed me to have time to really explore the mattresses without worrying about taking too long, or jumping around.He was glad to make suggestions, and was even better when he help me with a discount.Stellar work man. I walked in with an unopened pillow, a lady named Terry Kada instantly told me she didn't do refunds or exchanges on pillows. When I told her that she had to based on company policy, she started yelling at me and told me to go to London and try there. She then called her manager and her manager told her to ignore me over speaker phone.When I asked to see the in store policy that said they don't refund unopened pillows, she told me to leave or she will call the police. This whole time I remained calm, just absolutely stunned at how unprofessional and disgusting her attitude was towards a person she's never met before.Talk about a turbulent and hostile environment. I'll be sharing this experience with the regional managers and hopefully they do something about it. Don't expect business if you're treating customers like that.I'll be sharing my true and authentic experience on chatham kent rant and rave so that people know what kind of turbulent disaster they will be walking into when trying to return/exchange an unopened pillow that has a 30 day refund gaurentee.Edit- the problem has been resolved, I'll be updating to 3 stars. Hopefully Terry is gone.

After looking online at various options we decided to go here and we are glad we did. Great service and knowledge. We chose a really good mattress and was delivered in a couple days. Also worth noting was the delivery service. They have a great team and tracking to see exactly when they will arrive!
