I'm very impressed with the professionalism and dedication from the staff at Profota's.
I have a Husqvarna 550 that had been sitting on the work bench for 7 months at another local dealer waiting for repair. I inquired many times on the progress of the saw over that time, never getting much more than "our hands are tied while we wait for the part", with no end in sight.
So a few weeks ago I picked up my saw and took it to Profota's after talking with Shelley about the situation. She assured me they would do their best to get it resolved. The part was ordered and installed and I had my saw back in less than a week.
Since I run a tree pruning and removal business, I need my saws to work for me, and being without my main mid range saw for 7 months at a time is less than ideal.
If you are planning on buying husqvarna products, or already have some, I encourage you to go to Profota's Farm Equipment for a great selection on new products and great 'home town' service.

We had our lawnmower serviced here for the annual maintenance.
This was our first time here. The customer service was fantastic, and the price was within our budget. We shall be using their services again.
