“I was helped by Bob (I believe that's his name) to get a toilet tonight. He went out to get a cart for me, loaded the toilet on the cart, scanned it at the register and helped me load it in the back of my vehicle. He thanked me for shopping at Home Depot and welcomed me back again before he returned the cart for me.
