Had my mind set on a specific set, but they had a sale going on and was able to get a highly comparable alternative set for a great deal! The salesperson Jordan was very easy to engage with, provided us options of coverage and was not pushy at all. Gave us space to look around and was available when we were ready to purchase. Super quick and efficient which I appreciate when shopping anywhere.”

“We went into Tupperman's today because we saw they had an amazing sale with 50% off many items and I was looking for a new queen bed.
We looked at many pieces and finally decided to purchase a Madison Barnwood Queen Bed.
Vince the salesman showed my what the original price was and what the sale price today is.
He was very helpful and friendly.
However this was an issue with the computer saying what they had wasn't available, however in the store he said it is available.
However they will need to get it shipped from their warehouse.
I figured he would be doing a bait and switch as that has happened to me before at Tepperman's.
Vince seems confident that what I am ordering will be exactly what I will receive and convinced me to have it shipped to me because it includes all set up.
We live in the country so that works for me.
I unfortunately have had many issues with Tepperman's in the past but in my area there is not alot of other options to purchase a good bedroom set from, so I am taking a chance that this order will work out well for me because what I purchased was a good price.
Since I already ordered a new gel memory foam mattress elsewhere, I have paid a great price for a complete Madison Barnwood bedroom set that hopefully I will finally get a peaceful and restful sleep .

“We have always purchased our mattresses and box springs at furniture stores and have always been disappointed after 4 to 5 years when the mattress failed and the company would not honour the warranty. We saw Sleep Country in Chatham and decided to stop in. We had never been in the store before. We were pleasantly surprised. Josh was very knowledgeable about a wide range of mattresses and bases along with ergonomically matching us to a bed that would make us most comfortable. His sales style is not pushy but rather helpful. He answered every question we had. We purchased a Dormeo two split king mattress and adjustable bases. The bed is very comfortable and we both have no more back pain in the morning. We went back to the store and purchased pillows recommended by Josh 3 weeks after the bed was delivered. Needless to say they are great. No more neck pain. We are really impressed with Sleep Country in Chatham and will send our family and friends to them too. We were discussing our experience with Sleep Country over dinner one night and came to the conclusion, when you want to purchase a bed, you should go to a store that specializes in beds.
