I've been to this store a couple of times, and the service is always poor.The first time I wandered around the store for 20 mins searching for a day planner, with no one in sight until I ventured to the computer section. Then the staff was very 'helpful' wanting to sell me a top of the line computer. Dude, if you won't help with a day planner, I'm not buying a computer from you.Today I went to get passports and waited in line. Two people were serving the customer before me, and when that customer was done, they both left the counter I was waiting at to serve other customers who had just shown up to mail boxes. The 'customer service' person seriously let two people ahead of me, and told me to wait. After I already waited 10 mins behind the customer who was being served.I let the manager know, who stood looking awkwardly saying nothing.Is it because I'm a woman? Am I invisible? Is it ok to treat people poorly? Shame of the people who butt in line, and the person's who saw that and didn't care, and continued to serve them.Don't waste your time and money there. If I could give it a zero rating, I would.Also, big shout out to Doug Ford who is putting Service Ontario kiosk in staples. I'm guessing the Chatham location will be the worst.

Very busy with Amazon returns& copying services. Could use more hands-on staff at the counter. The associate was pleasant but overly busy.

I had a great experience at the FedEx counter inside Staples, although I don't think that the customers ahead of me did. I could tell by their comments that they had been waiting quite a while. I just walked in at the right time. Probably one of the many businesses that don't hire enough staff at the expense of the customers.

They repeatedly left my packages at my Front door exposed to porch pirates, happened several times. This is the address on my packages:448 Queen St. REAR DOOR OFF LANEWAY ON PR. ARTHURDO NOT LEAVE AT FRONT OR SIDE DOOR.I also have a sign on my front door to leave packages at rear door

I was sitting at country kitchen in chatham having a fantastic breakfast waiting for a tire to be repaired at a local tire shop whenThe waitress said excuse me, the gentlemen from fedex that just left just bought you breakfast and said Merry Christmas. I was amazed and very much appreciated of his kind jester. He didnt know me but made my day. Now its my turn to do the same. I say thank you fedex employee you made me a believer in kind people of Chatham Kent. Thank you...I will now enjoy the movie Castaway that much more
