Chatham mazda is the place to go if your looking for a new mazda, especially if you live in windsor I suggest not even bothering wasting your time at windsor mazda, I initially went to the windsor dealer because i live in windsor but I soon found out they do nothing but lie to the customer, they tried to force me into buying a bunch of things I said I did not want and David the salesmen said he's sorry but these items are mandatory or we won't sell you the car...reluctantly I placed a deposit for a 2025 mazda3 GT..I then went home feeling uneasy so I read all their reviews and that's where I discovered David was in fact lying to me trying to sap as much cash out of me as possible, I immediately pulled my deposit went to Chatham and talked with Alex donatis and he was great he didn't pressure me into anything I did not want and they sold me the car for MSRP not a penny more and once in the finance office i was again under no pressure...I feel I got a good deal plus they gave me free custom mazda3 all weather floor mats and trunk liner...my suggestion is go to windsor mazda for all your test drive needs then once you've decided on the car you want take your business to Chatham mazda and talk to Alex...infact everyone at this dealership was kind and helpful, they never .ade me feel like I wasn't spending enough money to deserve their respect....once again go to Chatham for a honest car buying experience, unless you like being lied to and forced into spending money on useless items that only serve to line the owners pockets in which case then go to windsor mazda and be guaranteed to get ripped off

Had an awesome experience dealing with your agent Bill. He is by far one of the best sales man I have delt with over the past 7 years. If you ever need a hand finding a new vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Bill. He makes you feel comfortable and works with you and your budget.

I recently purchased a used Honda CRV from Angie. She is the best. Very professional and personable. She made everything go smoothly. She also took the time to learn about my SUV so she could teach me correctly. Wow that is great customer service.
This was a great experience all around from sales, finance, and management at Chatham Mazda. If you are in need of a vehicle I highly recommended Angie.

Angie is the best salesperson me and my fiancee have ever gone to, so great that we've gone with her twice. ? She really listens to what you're looking for and does her best to meet those needs. She is very personable and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend seeing her when car shopping at Chatham Mazda.

The personnel's assistance today was really appreciated. They assist you by paying attention to what you would want in a car and by getting a general sense of your circumstances. All of the sales managers were likewise quite surface-level, however Angie was the one who gave me the most assistance with my most recent car. Her work is quite demanding, but she also has excellent communication skills, listens intently, and ensures that you make the best decision. In 2023 I finally found in Chatham Mazda the mx-5 NC in the mint condition I was looking for. Alex was the salesperson that helped me with this purchase from the beginning. He took the time to answer all my questions and worked diligently to fulfil all my requests before travelling to pick up the car. He sent me a detailed video of the whole car including underneath. Alex was so kind to call me months after my purchase to check how I was enjoying my mx-5 ?. Thank you, Alex, for your great service!

2nd time getting my CX9 serviced at this location. They are very professional, their web appointment system works well, they provide a post-service-video where your SA goes over the entire work that was done and any observations/recommendations... pretty neat.The customer service is amazing, and feels personalized. They went above & beyond for me. There was a delay (same day) in returning my car as the replication of a problem I had reported was taking longer than expected. When I mentioned that I had to pick my kid from school, they sent a car over to drive me over to pick my kid and dropped me back at my home. Mindblown!The service record is pretty extensive, it captured the complaints, their triage, the solution and recommendations very clearly...great for your records.Overall a very seamless and pleasant experience. They give Mazda a good name. Keep it up!

This Mazda dealership has great customer service. They have amazing staff who are considerate and kind. I have never had an issue bringing my Mazda into this location for servicing.They also have a new service review program. The technician will record the inspection of your vehicle. The video is then posted and available for you to view. I enjoyed reviewing the video and seeing the technicians recommendations.If they continue with this great service I am a Chatham Mazda customer for life.

Just purchased our new Mazda CX90 Phev GT from Chatham Mazda. The staff is amazing especially the salesman Alex who patiently answered all of our questions. If he didn’t have the answer he researched it and got right back to us. Sue who does the financing end is very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. We are giving them a five star because we were treated like family. Thank you for our great experience.
