I would give them top marks. I'm a visitor to Chatham and tried to get to their location using Google maps, which gave me the wrong location (just a heads up). The staff not only got back to me quickly they actually got me my purchase without any issues. Real customer service, and much appreciated.

I shop periodically here and it’s a hit and miss…but depends on what you want…I usually buy from the set price section as they offer amazing deals, especially electronics section. Definitely the best bin store in all of Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent counties. It’s the cleanest and most organized by far. I will definitely be going back!
