I went to the post office to send a package at 6:10 after double checking the hours posted online, they were open till 7. Someone had called in sick that day so instead of replacing them, they just closed the post office. Terrible customer service, thanks for wasting my time.

I waited 20 minutes to buy a stamp. The clerk worked with one lady for 10 minutes and then answered a phone call for 10 minutes. Horrible, horrible service! And btw….. “Sorry for the wait” means zero to me.

Could not get to post or pick up my parcel in the post office inside the Shoppers because the employee who had the key did not work on timeWhat a waste of time, why does only 1 employee get the key? It's ridiculous
