The lady with the purple hair is rude, I have read many complaints about her and don’t understand how’s she’s still there!
Today I grab a toy with a giant 59.99 price above it, when it rang up it said 99.99 and the lady wouldn’t even confirm if I was wrong or if the store was wrong, she just automatically assumed I was in the wrong. I had my friend go and take a pic, the other employees thought the same as me, but turns out it said from 59.99, and no other prices listed so I assumed it would be 59.99! The purple haired lady made me feel so stupid and her tone is just not what a person working customer service should be. So in short, this lady should be in the back! And not assisting customer and they should really fix their pricing signage.

I've been going there every week for years I spend a few hundred dollars on groceries and other things, your staff was very rude to me today, I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.. You have nothing I can't get somewhere else.

This store is disgusting. It’s so dirty. The people who run it must be lazy. Never have I seen such a dirty messy store!!! Nobody speaks English is also an issue. They have no clue where products are located. TERRIBLE STORE!!!!

After today, will be traveling to Wallaceburg if I need to visit a WalMart. Young employee on his phone walking out the entrance and nearly knocked over my 2 year old.
Didn’t even have the item we went into the store for, again.
Don’t understand why this store has such issues keeping up. There are a few employees that are amazing and are seen working hard. Then there are others that never seem to be doing anything but talking to each other.
Not to mention the personal hygiene of a group of young male employees talking to the “greeter” last trip here was far from acceptable.
2 stars because the few good employees deserve a better workplace.

This store gets worse every time we visit. Today, they had shoes marked down to $16 with a physical sticker. I brought them to the cash and they rang up for $30. The “super professional” manager with a head of purple hair came over and instead of honouring the price that one of her employees placed on the shoes, she picked off the sticker right in front of us and accused me of somehow creating a fraudulent tag - cuz I have a Walmart sticker machine in my purse -_- Anyway, watch out when dealing with this lady, she is dishonest and does not follow proper Walmart policies. I see here in the reviews that there are several complaints about the purple haired manager ripping off incorrect price tags, yet nothing has been done? Get this one fired!
Edit: filed a complaint with corporate and no one has responded as of July 9 2024.
Edit: Today is July 23 2024 and still no response from corporate. Putting purple-haired manager’s photo back up on this review.

Here's a picture of their updated pharmacy hours. The hours on their website aren't correct. So hopefully, this helps others so they don't waste their time going there, just to find out they already closed (aka me)

I bought a Kureig machine. I used it twice and the 3rd time I went to use it, it would not work. I took it back for a refund and was told that they only do returns under 30 days. I bought it on sale for $140.00 45 days ago. The manager said it couldn't be refunded. Its bull.
I will never shop there again.

Ok location except for some reason everytime we have to deal with the older cashier with half purple hair colour she ruins our experience and is super unfriendly and should not work in customer service as you actually have to be nice for that position.
