The staff was efficient, knowledgeable and showed appreciation for my business. The had my information on file and accessed it quickly. You get a card which is stamped and after 4 oil changes, your 5th one is free. They give you paperwork for your records.

there are good and bad reviews, unfortunately mine is in the middle, I came here to get an alignment on my car, it took an 1hr 15 min. when done I was told I need new front shocks, that they were getting week, ok I said, when I left I immediately noticed something was wrong, the car ran just fine before I got the alignment done, now I have a racket of noise suddenly, I had the car checked at a different shop the next day, they said the main large nut in the middle on top of the strut was loose and that it was really weired it was loose ,this bolt does not come loose on its own. after it was re-tightned all was good again, I don"t like to make accusations on companys but i do feel that someone that worked on my car at midas deliberately loosened it up that nut so i would have to come back and spend a bunch more money there. however of course I have no actual proof, but i do know how car ran before and after I brought it there, , the alignment midas did was good, previous work i had done at midas was good, but suddenly this time i had a hole lot of noise from the strut when I left the lot, when I had no noise at all before hand. so to any that reads this I just forewarn you to be cautious when bringing your vehicle here, ad so say unfortunately I will not bring my car back here again.

Wouldn't suggest using Midas anymore. Something within that place is corrupt and they are providing safeties without actually looking at the vehicle.

Highly recommended. Once you find an honest repair shop, you tend to stick with them. Doug, the owner is incredibly honest and sincere. I have been dealing with him since the late 80's when he worked at another major Canadian muffler repair shop. I don't know if I can mention the name of the company, but you guys can figure it out, i'm sure. Anyway, I went to that competitor's shop that I had been dealing with since the 80s as usual but noticed that something was different. I wasn't getting the same quality and attention as I was before and something just seemed off. The next time I needed repairs, I said to myself. I'm going to go to Midas and low and behold, Doug was there and told me that he is the new owner and he had been there for a few years now. I switched over immediately knowing that doug now runs this Midas location and I always tell anyone that I talk to when they need repairs done to go see Doug at Midas.
