We are extremely pleased with the excellent service received from Sim at Impressions Cell Tech. Her vast technical skills and seemingly unending patience made our experience very satisfactory. As I am not very tech-savvy myself, I feel quite fortunate to have had the pleasure of dealing with Sim. She is easily able to explain how things work on my new I-phone and she didn't mind helping us out when we had issues with it. Came into store thinking my phone was a goner and I would need to purchase a new phone (my volume buttons would not work and I needed to go to settings every time I wanted to change volume). The clerk quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it (no charge) and my phone battery was not holding a charge plus phone displayed a huge crack in screen. They were able to put a new tempraglass and a new battery and I walked out of store with only a $67 charge. Very happy at that!! Now I feel like I have a new phone without the high costs I anticipated. Staff here are always VERY HELPFUL. There is no other store I will go to for my cell phone needs. Cell Tech is the BEST!!

When my phone company, Virgin, was absolutely unhelpful and left me stranded during a family trauma, Cell Tech professionals saved me when the charging port stopped working. Highly recommended and we are lucky to have them in our community.
