I had the chance to go to the store in Chatham to deal with my elderly parents phone, internet, television etc. and dealt with Nikki Taylor in the store. I wanted to write this to pass along my appreciation for her patience, support and direction in dealing with the issues i brought to the store. Nikki not only helped me get my parents accounts back on track, she provided me with the #'s and support direction to deal with any future issues without having to go to the store and to deal with this all online. Excellent service from Bell Chatham, on top of the previous night's great service from Bell Internet Tech Support.I needed to swap out our modem and Nikki dealt with the issue promptly and efficiently.It was a seamless transaction and I'm now back up and running within a few hours of first reporting the problem.Bell don't always get good reviews, but on today's showing I'd highly recommend Bell Chatham.

Bell Chatham store completely lacked customer service. Staff was horrible and unwilling to help. She Was close to closing time and couldn’t push us out of the door fast enough. Definitely switching providers.

I would like to thank Rachel and Nikki for the excellent service that I received when setting up my new bell plan and phone purchase. Both employees went above and beyond helping me resolve a technical issue (on my end) that I had encountered. I very much recommend anyone looking for a phone to consider the Chatham Bell store.

My mom and I went into the Chatham store on St Clair St and had a very friendly professional and knowledgeable to make our experience pleasant. ***ATTENTION!!!! ATTENTION!!!*** A MUST READ!!!!!!Where do I begin? First and foremost, awesome customer service should be celebrated! And the celebration today and forever is for Taylor at the Chatham Bell store!!!!! She is fantastic!!! The greatest customer service I have ever received. Taylor is just a genuine wonderful person and is truly professional. She assisted me with getting my latest phone which she recommended and it is fantastic!! I have also had to buy at least 5 screen protectors, since I drop my phone often, and she always puts them on for me!!!!! It is a hassle as we all know, but Taylor does it every time with a smile!!!! Taylor deserves recognition for her amazing customer service and attitude. Let's all be honest, great customer service is almost non existent these days, but not with Taylor at the Chatham Bell store!!!!!

My husband canceled his service over a year ago, on the phone and again in person and they are STILL billing him. Don't ever sign up with this company for mobile services, they will forever screw you.
