DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY I have a vehicle Thu them right now and they did the oil change got are suv back and smelled burning oil took it back they looked at it and then try to tell us it’s a $85 to even look at it they never said anything about that and said it’s head gaskets are needed to be replaced and the warranty doesn’t cover it ?are u kidding me this is bullshit I bet they do blind safety. There is so much wrong there’s no way this vehicle passed..

My girlfriend bought a used car from these people a year ago and got the extended warranty. There’s something wrong with her shifter or a linkage and they tell her it’s gonna take a week and a half to get an appointment to get it looked at in my opinion, this is not very good service after the sales. Not to mention the lady she was talking to Was very rude

Recently purchased a exotic car here, the sales person was Rick G. There was a few problems that arouse during the purchase, which is life, but I was so impressed with how Rick handled them Ethically and honestly. I am a very happy customer.

What a great experience dealing with these guys from Sam the sales guy to Steve in financing making my purchase of 2018 f150 exceptional.I definitely will be back and pass the word to others looking for a new vehicle.Me being in a logistical nightmare on my end Sam staying at close to have my friend look it over for me before going through with it,to Steve making it absolutely painless being in northern ontario and to go as far as to deliver it when I was shooting for atleast a week later to make it easier for me.Top notch guys very easy to talk to and deal with will not be disappointed if your looking for a new vehicle??

ORIGINALLY GAVE 5 STARS because I thought they were helpful. However I have now had my car in a shop 4 times since buying this car 2 months ago and it needs a whole new transmission and tons of other work that they definitely would have known about before selling it. Disgusting that they can get away with "safetying" vehicles in this condition and taking advantage of the people who have no other options but to finance used vehicles so they can get to & from work.
Absolutely do not recommend this shop.
****Editing this review 6 months later**** automotion did end up paying for the transmission replacement but only when I was speaking with OMVIC. I am thankful for that though as the ridiculously high warranty they tacked onto my bill wasn't going to cover the replacement! I am still having issues almost daily with the vehicle and pouring stupid amounts of money into It on my own.

My husband and I just purchased a used Ford Explorer from Auto Motion Chatham and we would like to thank Steve - the finance guy, for all the work he did to get us into a vehicle. It is because of Steve’s hard work that we are able to say we will likely be returning customers and the reason for the 5 star review.
Upon my first visit to the dealership, I honestly was not impressed and didn’t see myself getting a vehicle from there. The first day I went was to look at a truck that my husband was interested in and just speak with someone about if I could even qualify, or what the payments would be. When I got there I was greeted by the sales advisor Sammy, who showed me the truck, and when he was finished showing me the truck I said that I’d have to talk it over with my husband but he wanted me to already leave a deposit, and I was not doing that on the first go, I felt pressured and disrespected when I declined to leave a deposit on a vehicle I was not sure about, he sent me to speak with Steve in financial services but I was already overwhelmed and didn’t really take anything he said in. I left feeling like I didn’t want to buy anything from there, I even ignored a few calls from the shop in the days prior. I had also spoken with my father about the situation and he had told me that when he was looking to buy his truck, he had a very similar experience with Sammy and that I should probably look elsewhere. It was only when Steve from finance left me a voicemail that I decided to return his call. In the days coming Steve would work hard to get us the best financing deal that he could, my credit isn’t awesome but he was able to get me into a vehicle I enjoy for a price I can accommodate. All of this via multiple phone calls and texts because my husband and I were both working, and he did all of this for about a week and a half. He even went so far as to drive the vehicle into Tilbury on a weekend so my husband and I could test drive it together because we were having a hard time being able to get to the dealer together due to our work schedules. He listened to all my husbands concerns about the vehicle and had everything we wanted fixed before we signed the paperwork and drove home. We both left feeling like we made a good choice because of Steve’s hard work and his kindness. Thank you Steve for everything, you made the process of buying a vehicle a little less daunting, and a little more personable by showing that you cared about us and our concerns, and not making us feel forced into buying anything we weren’t sure of. We are very thankful to have had the pleasure of dealing with you. Auto Motion Chatham is very lucky to have you on their team.
