Stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. The tv doesn't work, no cable, left several messages and no one called back. Tried to stream from my phone but the wifi connection is poor. The water smells like rotten skunk sewage, the microwave only works when the lights are turned on and the fridge was filthy. I wish we stayed at the Microtel by Wyndham right across the highway. Will never stay here again and do not recommend.

The "pizza hut" restaurant provides terrible service, the toilets are absolutely "disgusting"... there is a lack of maintenance and supervision in the establishment.
A let go that management will regret before long...

Cheap but not worth it. Don't go there, it's a haystack organization. I paid for 2 days and the second evening after a long day there were people in our room. It was closed. Forced to drive home in the middle of the night. I would like to give 0 stars but we can't

Great location, good pit stop for quick coffee and food. Convenient. Bathroom’s cleanliness not so good. Also lights to women’s bathroom close on you fast, your left in the dark. Checking do tidying more often should solve the problem. Counter to sink gross, does not give a great/good impression as always look dirty because of the finish.

Stayed there for 1 night. Person at reception was very nice. Room was ok but A/C is way too loud had to unplug it, however you hear the a/c from other rooms as well. Patio door was broken (unable to lock it), was held closed by a piece of wood but door could still be opened 1 inch…didn’t feel very safe. The wifi is not good, keeps getting disconnected. Cable on TV was not working either. No breakfast or snacks like what they say on their website.
Also I emailed and called them to modify information on my reservation, never heard back from anyone.

PFK, no service in French! So we decided not to take anything! Casselman is a French-speaking village, if we cannot have service in French we will not encourage this site! Very disappointed!

Nice clean room though a bit cramped for two people. The only down side was the roar of the AC unit all night so if your a light sleeper and it summer, I wouldn't recommend this place, at least not our room for a good nights sleep.

I had booked for Saturday June 15, 2024. When we arrived, the hotel did not have our reservation although I had a confirmation. There was no more space available. The staff did not try to help us and even showed arrogance towards us. I will never refer this hotel.
