My wife dealt with the driver for getting our Septic tank pumped. Very professional and courteous. Driver checked tank condition and recommended pumping sooner. Also they will call in 2-4 years to schedule for emptying again. Price was good and came the week I called; I called to see availability. When I called on the Saturday person mentioned they do offer Emergency service.

Called and made appointment was told had to wait 10 days, nine days later called to confirm appointment o there's no record you must not of made a appointment. That's what you get for your patience.

Got our new fiberglass pool filled by Lamoureux pumping last week. I had scheduled them to come at 4pm but it was taking longer for the pool to be properly installed so I called Nathalie at 2pm to ask if they could come at 5pm instead. She was very accommodating and said no problem but there would be an extra fee after 5pm (which is totally fair). The water tank arrived around 4:20pm. André, the driver, waited patiently and filled our pool without any additional cost even if it was a bit past 5pm. The water was clear and clean. After getting it tested, we were amazed that there was a bit of chlorine in the water which shows that Lamoureux pumping uses quality water. I highly recommend Lamoureux pumping and I would do business with them again.

This was our first time using Lamoureux pumping to empty our septic tank and it was as easy as could be.Quick response via email and they were there on time and completed the task without issue.Would definitely recommend.

Noticed a wet spot on the ground above my septic tank last Sunday. Called Lamoureux and left a message. They were kind enough to call me back the same day. Initially they were supposed to come on Thursday, but after sending a picture showing what it looked like, they came the very next day because it was a bit of an emergency.The guy who came on-site was super helpful. The septic tank was completely filled and overflowing from one of the top lids. The pipe to the septic bed was clogged and he cleaned it out. Another day and it would have surely backed into the house.Thanks Lamoreux for helping prevent what could have been a disaster!!
