We arrived at the sugar bush but found no staff to greet us or guide us through the attractions. Confused and unable to explore, we left after 15 minutes and visited another sugar bush.

Reception was warm and bilingual. Food was traditional - full habitat brunch! Sugar pie was divine! Wagon ride and tour of the Maple Syrup production was great!! Kids loved the animals on the farm- "baby Llama drama" and the indoor inflatable structures! And taffy of course ? Overall this is a hidden gem in Casselman. Reasonably prices too

Customer service was excellent.
Bouncy castles were a huge hit.
Was suprised they used table syrup for the meal instead of maple syrup.
Margarine instead of butter, tang instead of orange juice, etc.
Variety was good.
Play structures were falling apart.
Animals were nice.
We may have missed a wagon ride elsewhere, but the production of maple wasnt on site.
Really nice people but I likely wouldnt return.

I would not even give them a star; horrible experience. Food was disgusting, no taste and we were treated like cattle. DO NOT GO THERE.

Beautiful wedding venue done in the trees. Wonderful decor and the food was great! Very well done! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful venue! ! Nathalie was very helpful in planning our daughter and new son in law’s wedding. She also helped with the problems with some of the vendors. It was a wonderful wedding and the staff was so helpful and welcoming. Thank you Nathalie,Yves and DenisChantale and Keith Wilson (MOB and FOB.)

Sugar shack price for the soup kitchen experience.
Maple taffy was heated in microwave, was seated by the door with my baby, no animals or horsedrawn ride, no maple products.
No music either.
Poor experience, but at least the food was good.
