I wish I could post a picture here of canada Post policies since they don't seem to know them.
We ship alot for our small business, every time we walk in we get the third degree.
Last week the lady is telling my husband the boxes we dropped off were too hewvy, mind you the hewviest was 28 pounds
and again yesterday we walk in as usual I tell the lady behind the counter we have some boxes, they're all prepaid they have shipping labels all you have to do is scan them.
she starts going off about my boxes from last week, the other employee wasn't able to lift them. They were too heavy and didn't follow Canada Post policies as far as weight and size
But here's the thing I ship a lot through Canada Post, I only ship through Canada Post
Every time I walk in if you ladies are going to give me the third degree because you cannot understand that we have a business you should not be working there.
starting an argument with my husband saying that the boxes are too heavy, I'm sorry but if you can't lift 30 lb why are you working at Canada Post? We know the rules and policies by heart, did you know that technically we could ship a box that's up to 66 pounds depending on the size?
But out of courtesy we ship smaller boxes and sometimes ship two boxes to the same person so that you don't have to break your back!
did you know that when we do that out of courtesy to you our customers are paying a lot more for shipping
I wish you ladies would understand I'm sorry that you can't lift the boxes, but you don't have the service in Casselman of the driver coming to pick them up at our house. We've even offered to bring them to the back for you, and then that's not good enough either because you say that you have to bring them to the front to scan them
and I'm not sure why but you ladies don't understand what prepaid labels are, every time you give me a hard time saying I that I had to pay for the boxes. When someone has a small business account they can print labels at home and all you have to do is scan them
Yesterday was the most horrible customer service I've ever had in a long time, we've lived here for 2 and 1/2 years now and I've never been treated that way. And it's funny as soon as my husband walked in with another box how you said everything was fine and started smiling , but the reality is one minute before when he was outside you were giving me a hard time and yelling because my boxes were too heavy
If you want a job where you don't have to lift anything I'm sorry to say but this is not the job for you.
there's many young people that would be more than ecstatic to take this job
I've had to report your office on a regular basis, not because I want to but because I've had to.
please realize that every small business who is shipping through Canada Post is the reason why you have a job!

Has to be the worst Canada post ever. My package is there but I would have to wait hours or even the next day to get my stuff because they are too busy talking in the back to actually do their job.
