It was my first time here. The service was excellent ! I was immediately greeted by the staff. The staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I will certainly come back here. Their prices are very fair ! If you live in Casselman or nearby and you need car parts this is the place to go !

Does not usually happen at bensons but sadly on this day I was Very rudely served by a gentleman. When I arrived for brakes and rotors he gave me a price. I informed him I had called not 20 mins prior to arriving and was given a different quote and showed him the numbers I had written dwn,he looked on computer to tell me there is no record of any quotes given. After few looks of anger and huffing and puffing proceeded with the quote I had been given over phone.I typically love bensons but this attitude was uncalled for.

The people here are awesome! They had the parts I needed in stock, they were super friendly and helpful, and I'll absolutely be going there again. Plus their "shop dogs" were a nice bonus!
