If you state that you open at a certain time, your employees should have everything open by that time. I have showed up multiple times after 5am and this gas station was still closed. I’ve even had an employee sit in their car for an extra 15+ minutes as I sat there waiting for them to open, I ended up leaving as I had to get to work. The latest I’ve seen them it was almost 6am and there still was not anyone there. Very unprofessional service.

Attendant didn't listen and lied twice.Asked for 1 1/4 Raws, was sold Kingsize.When I pointed out it was the wrong product was told that was all the had at first, then attendant pulled out Raw 1 1/4 when I said I didn't ask for the kingsize.She then lied and claimed they were the same price so she didn't have to refund me for her error.This happened around 4:50pm on May 22.

Overall a very pleasant location, decent variety of drinks etc. (Even the difficult to find Maple Syrup 5 hour energy ?)• Brewed coffee to QuickStart your brain.• Pleasant staff.• Clean ? facilities.• Gas prices are reasonable by Greater Ottawa Area standards.& it’s right off the highway!

The worse customer service I’ve witnessed and received. The same person everytime, Navdeep. I come to this station because it’s the nearest Shell and the worker is horrible. He’s gotten into fights with customers and is always in a bad mood. Makes you regret walking in.

Best Customer Service from Sunny. He is one the best gas station attendants I have come across. Knows your order ahead of time before you come in the store. Keep up the great service Sunny and hope owners know they have a great worker.

False advertising of sale items, unmarked prices, terrible service.Edit: July 13 reply to Shell-"Water in the cooler on a hot day, marked 2 for $2.50, at till charged $5.18 showed clerk the tag and was told the water wasn't the sale water. No visible prices anywhere, off brand water. I took the tag off the fridge shelf for you and the clerk was very aggressive about putting it back, as thats "corporate policy " to mislabel and deceive customers. One star, cold water on a hot day in a heatwave at $2.50 a liter, microplastic included, ironically more expensive than gasoline. A very unpleasant experience, another reason to avoid Shell at all costs. I should have taken a picture. I'm sure it's still there. "

Just went there to get snacks for the day there outta gas , so the guy inside said there closed but looks like his mom or sister was in there scratching tickets. Running some kinda scam I bet
