Joshua arrived on time for our maintenance appointment for our water softener and reverse osmosis system. We had a a very positive experience, Everything was explained well and work was completed efficiently. Joshua is very personable and was excellent to deal with. Highly recommend.

My experience with Nelson Water was stellar. They were very organized and incredibly efficient from the very first evaluation to the very end of installation. I had a lot of questions about the water treatment process and they were very quick answer everything. Will Deeks was the technician who installed our system and he was particularly helpful and patient with explaining the set up and maintenance as this was my first time going through this process. Overall, I'm grateful for their work and would recommend considering them for your water treatment needs.

Great service from both the salesman Les and the installer Will. They answered all my questions, were punctual and easy to talk to. Will did an amazing job with the installation and left the plumbing servicing the equipment that was installed in better shape that he found it....very much appreciated!
