Extremely poor customer service at this location. Parts desk called me back today to state they didn’t have my part. That’s fine, but then he proceeded to argue for a minute as to why I would even think they’d have the part. The machine is listed on there website…That was definitely a first, most parts desk would’ve just left it at “Sorry we don’t have it, have a nice day.” But for what ever reason this person wanted to argue. Very odd, definitely need to train the staff more.

Online ordering is super easy as I can add the make and model of my vehicle and it displays parts that are compatible. The ordering process was smooth and easy. I got a call when my part was ready for pickup and it was quick. I arrived and the store and had my part (curbside pickup) within 5 minutes. The staff were very polite amd helpfull.
