When I was in there at 1PM Sat April 18 and bought plinko and crossword tickets the you lad said I did not get to put in my phone number to win $5000 and said you only get to do that if you have a winning ticket.

BRENDA was working this evening, and I just need to say that woman needs some serious customer service training. She was very rude to me and a couple other customers, unless you get employees who actually know what they’re doing, you’ve lost my business and I’m sure this won’t be the last customer you lose with people like that working for you. I’ve had a few run ins with the manager and some other employees and they are all lovely people but she was a bitter old wench.
