Our first time using this garage and we were very impressed. Mark was very knowledgeable about the problem and didn't try to upsell me on unneeded work. Pleasant guy to chat with. Woman in the office was also friendly. Happy to support a small family run business and will be a repeat customer.

Mark is one of the most caring and professional mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of servicing my vehicle. He is honest and forthright about the repairs your vehicle needs. I was really nervous about finding a new mechanic when we moved up to this area but right from the start Mark made my spouse and I feel comfortable and our concerns heard. This is a family run business. They're family oriented. The mechanics are great and the front counter staff are helpful. If you need work done to your vehicle and you want to avoid big-box stores, give Mark and Stephanie a chance to win your business. They won't let you down!

Dropped my vehicle off the night before for 8am appointment for tire rotation and diff fuild change. Returned at 330pm no work was done when asked how long till vehicle would be worked on owner mark says I don't know and walks away not 5 mins later comes out give me keys says I don't have time to work on vehicle gives attitude for no reason. Unprofessional business I don't suggest bring your vehicle to this auto shop to be worked on.

Had 8am appointment for tire rotation and diff fluid change showed up at 330pm nothing was done yet when asked how long till vehicle will be worked on owner mark says I don’t know then walks away not 5 mins later give me keys says don’t have time to do it and gives attitude for no reason extremely unprofessional business I don’t suggest bringing your vehicle off at this auto shop.
