Far and away the best experience I've had in a retail setting ever.
I needed a rim, four new tires, and a few other cosmetic things fixed up. I got multiple quotes before calling JD Customz, all of which seemed insanely expensive for what I needed done.
The quote at JD Customz was literally half the price, and seemed far more reasonable. I assumed this might mean I end up getting a mismatched rim, which I was totally OK with.
When I went in, they started working on my car right away. They were also a super friendly bunch. Within an hour I had it back, matching rim and all. Thanks guys, I'll definitely be coming back for all my car needs, and can't recommend these guys enough!

They are BUSY! But as an auto shop that is a good sign. They had a lot of custom rigs on display and obviously used/driven. Their service was outstanding and reliable.

I had an age-old alignment issue which became worse over time. I've been to more than four auto shops including an OEM dealer service department with no real solution. Then I saw a few impressive custom trucks parked outside of JD Customz and hoped they could provide a custom solution to this age-old issue. JD Customz was very welcoming, always provided an open slot for appointments no matter how busy they were. I like cars and try to take on simple repair tasks as much as I can. They understood my issue, helped diagnose, provided repair advices, and took on more complex repairs that ultimately led to solving the age-old alignment issue for good. Thinking back, I had to pay ridiculous amount to an OEM dealer service department for diagnosis alone and worse part of it was that it did not work. JD Customz was professional, patient, honest, reliable and friendly. They stand behind their great craftsmanship and have a great loyal team. Highly recommend.
