“I had a great experience at home Depot tonight, I called them right before the store was closing because the contractor had told me that he needed some drywall for some backing for my heat pump when he installed it tomorrow.
Long story short I called in Home Depot to make sure they have the dimensions I was looking for. And while I didn't get her name the lady on the phone was very helpful and extremely friendly, and then when I arrived at the store the gentleman named Adam was kind enough to help me cut the sheet on the spot into multiple segments so that it could fit into my vehicle.
Was a really great experience, and excellent customer service, especially considering this was as the store was closing!”
